  • Just wanted to say thank you to Nina DiCarlo for making the buying experience pleasant and easy on this our first time at Lexus of Chandler. Nina was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us through from start to finish without any of the negatives found at many other dealers. From the minute we arrived at the dealership, to when we drove away with our new car about 1.5 hours later, everyone we met was enthusiastic and helpful. It appears as if Nina and her coworkers take great pride in working for Lexus of Chandler and are happy to be part of the Penske family. While this was our first visit, I doubt it will be our last.
