STAY AWAY!!!!! ONE star because I can't give ZERO!!! the only reason my grandfather was transferred to Silver Ridge after his hospital stay was because they SUPPOSEDLY had a 24 hr respiratory therapist. No they don't. We got here on a Friday evening and asked when his vibration therapy would be administered and was told "all therapist only works Monday-Friday". Patients here roam the halls with no assistance or supervision, patients are yelling and screaming for help because nurses don't pay attention to their call lights. Myself or a family member has had to help several patients who got stuck or needed something while going about the halls. Today is day 4 and he has not eaten a single meal served. Food looks and smells like mush/slop...when your nurse tells you "I don't blame you, I wouldn't eat it either", you clearly know something is wrong. They are patients, NOT PRISONERS!! On the second day, my mom had asked his nurse when was the last time he had a breathing treatment and her answer was straight up "oh I don't know!!" WAIT! WHAAAATT?! I do believe these nurses don't document when medication is given. I urge you to be your loved ones advocate, and follow up on all medications that should be administered. Do your research first before agreeing to send your loved one here, something we failed to do!
