  • We went to exchange a Christmas gift as well as ask for a replacement pair of jeans that had a broken piece few days after Christmas. The man who helped us was quite rude and his service was unpleasant. He was professional, but we felt like we were an inconvenience him from the moment we walked in. Lucky has good products, and we got what we needed by the time we left (he was helpful in selecting the right exchange, and very knowledgable) but this service will make me think twice before patronizing this particular store.
