I do not understand why customer service has become an associate upset I'm asking questions about something they are paid to respond to even if it's 'I don't know, I'm sorry'. The man in flooring couldn't have been more rude and the three men in doors/windows were having a super loud pow wow I couldn't even approach them. I said hi to people walking through the store and was meant with stares of disgust.
