  • Visited their urgent care department when our rescue's spay incision looked "off". Everyone at this facility was wonderful! Because we don't know our rescue's background with other dogs/animals they accommodated is by bringing us into our own waiting room. The front desk lady made sure we were comfortable for the wait by providing water for us and our dog. She also was really sweet with our pup. Before she left for the day, she made sure to say goodbye and ask if we were ok with the wait. Our technician showed up shortly and took Lady's temperature as well as look at her incision site. She reassured us it looked normal and told us the Vet would be in to reassure us. Soon after the Vet came in and did her evaluation on Lady and gave us the reassurance that we were doing fine and Lady is recovering well. She was awesome and certainly gave us loads of information about our new rescue. We are very excited to have found a facility that we can trust.
