We stopped here for brunch. It was a toss up between the Corner Restaurant (mimosa's were $3.75) or this place (mimosa's were $5). Kind of wish we had tried the other.
The service was fabulous. Attentive and genuinely friendly but the food... Pure grease.
I ordered a cheese and onion mushroom. Yes, I know that doesn't sound like the healthiest order but the meal was actually onions (like the ones you would put on a hot dog) with a plate of melted cheese and help together in spots with maybe 1 or 2 eggs.
The mimosa was bitter and my partners over easy eggs were just moe over than easy but we were in a rush and hungry and the friendliness of the server made you forget you were eating substandard food. Until you left with that pit in your stomach.
The ambience is dated and the smell is that of an old tired pub. Stop in for a beer but nothing else.
