  • Came to this place for the 1st time, I'm new to the area and just moved here from the Bay Area. I ordered my usual caramel frappucino with extra caramel and when I got my frappe it didn't even look like what I ordered. There were NO caramels on the side of the inside cup and NO caramel on top of the whip cream. My husband wasn't even happy seeing my frappe and told me to go back inside and tell them "WTH" is this? Obviously the person needs to learn what a caramel frappucino looks like especially when you're working at Starbucks!
