  • Liz Hoeffer called me a couple days after this review but unfortunately I was busy to pick up the phone. In her voicemail she thanked me for the review and offered to get us house warming gift. I have not had a chance to call her back to speak to her yet but was planning on it. In the meantime, I just recieved cupcakes from her team with a note congratulating us on a the purchase. I appreciated the gesture and the willingness to make things better and this is why I came to edit my response so that everyone is aware of it. Thank you again Liz and The Guild Mortgage team. I am also going to change my review to 5 stars because this gesture is what customer services is all about.
