  • I only lived at this complex for about 6 months, but overall my experience was very positive. Both the move-in and move-out were very simple and quick. The staff in the office was always very friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests were always taken care of within a day. Considering how little my rent was, I thought that the quality of the apartment itself was decent. It was typically quiet, and I rarely heard noise from my neighbors. The only downsides I found are the lack of parking for guests, all of the speed bumps coming into the complex, and location of the complex itself isn't in the best area of Phoenix.
