This place has gone bad! As in spoiled eggs bad! There aren't any more washcloths (brown striped/scrub,) they no longer provide salts for anyone, and children under 12 are not allowed (new management was to blame so I heard.) The facilities (ceiling and showers) look out of date and the sanitation team has not visited this place in a very long while. The clay room was wet in one rest area and I burned my foot while I stepped aback. I only go here now because this is the only Korean spa that I know of and my teenage daughter enjoys it so much.
I know this sounds petty, but even the shirts and shorts don't match.
