  • This review is for the Las Vegas baggage claim/lost & found for Southwest Air. I got a call after leaving a message that they found a Motorola cell phone and two other cell phones. Upon arriving at list & found, the agents were rude and too busy to deal with me and told me they didn't have it. When I told them we received a voicemail from Southwest's baggage claim in Las Vegas, they implied that I lied and told me they don't make outgoing phone calls to passengers. When I discovered that the phone call came from 261-3301, they knew the call came from them. Then they told me to go to airport lost & found even though Southwest left a message that they probably had my phone. They showed me a clear bin with other items in it and said that a Motorola phone was not in their system. While explaining the whole situation all over again to a supervisor Maureen E. her coworkers were being rude to me. The supervisor finally admitted that they probably had it locked up in another area of the airport and they were too busy to get it. Apparently, there are other areas in the airport where Southwest keeps lost items but they get taken to the baggage claim/lost & found for logging then it goes into their computer system. Don't call customers about finding items if you are too lazy to get it for them, wasting their time and trip to collect their missing item. Very unprofessional!
