  • It is what it is: a family-run greasy spoon/casse-croute, that hasn't changed much over time other than the new-ish (and unfortunate) sign outside. Don't expect anything fancy, but for what it's worth, the food is decent and the prices are still very low. I find their poutine to be one of the better ones in the area, and I like their burgers too though. Again, they're nothing out of this world but at under $3 if I remember correctly, it hits the spot. They close late-ish (11pm on most nights) which is nice since everything closes pretty early in the area. It would be nice if they closed after the bars did, at least on weekends, but what can ya do. Service is always a bit peculiar, with a very high turnover of waiting staff and the same old dad jokes at the cash but it comes with the territory.
