Word of caution: Unless you have practiced yoga in amounts that you can achieve a state of complete nirvana and ignore everything within your immediate surroundings, dont go to this studio.
This studio consists of:
space heaters
free mats (that I highly doubt are washed between practices)
office carpeting INSIDE the studio (absorbing bucket loads of sweat that is the immediate byproduct of practicing hot yoga)
really dirty changerooms
The teachers are learned and patient but very true to Ms. J's review. They do criticize and/or turn back heavily "scented" first-timers, and completely fail to actually smell their own studio (which stinks by the way).
The studio offers a $30 for 30 days hot yoga challenge which seems to be the only attraction. Still, if youre in such dire straits, turn the heating up and practice the crane pose in the comfort of your own home.
