While Fiesta Mall is clearly going downhill, the employees who work in the appliance section of this Sears aren't letting that get in the way of quality customer service. Not too long ago, I purchased a dishwasher through Sears.com. Suggestions: never purchase ANYTHING through Sears.com; as the young clerk explained to me, the online division operates like a different company, and my difficulty returning the faulty dishwasher was not the first complaint he had heard about. Thankfully, the Sears employee (I wish I could remember his name) was kind enough to help me navigate the online return process for the faulty dishwasher and then helped me pick out a new dishwasher better suited to my needs. His knowledge of his stock and the corporate systems of the in-person and online Sears stores was impressive, and the dedication to customer satisfaction was first rate here. Buy Sears, but only buy in person.
