  • Years ago I went to a laser hair place and had a pretty bad experience, the process was really painful, it was tremendously expensive and the results weren't great... I was unsure about trying a new place but Vivid had such good pricing on their laser packages I figured I would give them a try and I'm so glad I did. Their staff is so friendly, you feel like your old friends with everyone you interact with. The laser was far less painful than I expected (I think they have one of the really new ones that are less painful and yield better results) and the cost was very reasonable. While I have only experienced the laser treatment, I know they offer all kinds of other treatments and if I need anything else they offer in the future, I won't hesitate to call and schedule an appointment.
