That may be true but I was dealing with YOU not the manufacturer. Your company should know or at least investigate the shipping costs and allow the customer to decide at that point if they still want the item. I wasn't given that choice. You charged me for it and sent a copy of the invoice including shipping in the package when it arrived. You certainly had many weeks to find out what it would have cost to ship it. If I contact your company to purchase an item you should be responsible for the entire transaction, not place the blame on a third party. That's bad business practice. I appreciate that you want to explain but you did tge charging on my cc... not Jayco
