  • Dealing with this glass shop was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I literally had to threaten to make a stop payment on my credit card to get any response. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. PS the receptionist is rude and sarcastic! A few days after this review was posted, one of the owners called and asked for details on what happened, which is appreciated.
