  • I have given this salon so many chances, I really wanted to love this place. I have seen almost everyone because they can't retain nail techs. I have been to Mimi, John, Vanessa etc just to name a few. First, I have had acrylics and or gel for years and got mold under two nails for the first time ever from a tech at this salon. When I went back to show them they lightly buffed them, and acted like it was no big deal. They even charged me for the "buff" which I have read you certainly are not suppose to do. I started going to this salon because they offered an organic, non chemical line yet nobody is trained on how to use it properly. I have bright friends in before sadly I will not be recommending or returning. Parking is also a nightmare, they should reserve a few spots for clients.
