  • Once again Lexus of Calgary has been one of the most disappointing dealerships ever. I got my 2010 Lexus RX 350 from them 2 years ago and my right tire had been giving me issues on low nitrogen. I kept taking my car for oil changes several times and they always told me my tires are great. Well this is not the case as today I went to kal tire to get some air filled in my right tire and he said my tires are in the worst condition he has ever since. They have weather cracks on them and are completely done. He even mentioned that the tires are from 2009 and this means the tires are 8 years old. What I don't understand is that when you spend so much on a luxury car SUV u expect or at least I expect them to give me the car with new tires or at least as we all know tires last you for 3-5 yrs max so why would you give a client 8 years old tires. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. I am warning you all out there please read the tires they give you. You don't want to be cheated like this when you spend so much money buying a Lexus from them.
