rev:text	So this is a post based on what I've experienced here. Please take into note:: MY BIGGEST CONCERN WHEN IT COMES TO A GYM IS HOW MUCH/WHAT KIND OF RIFF RAFF COMES IN THE DOORS. I don't like to be harassed by weirdos when I'm working out (This place handles that pretty well) I started coming here almost a year ago after I became comfortable in my relationship and started to gain those pounds. I was now a size 9 when I fit into size 1-3 before... Ugghhh I was pretty upset with myself and determined to get back to my smaller sizes. My boyfriend had already been a member and brought me along. The first time I walked in, I can remember thinking "ohh wow, this place is nice and it doesn't feel so crowded". Down stairs you have most of your cardio machines. Typically you feel how worn the machine is, but not so much here. Yes, there are a few that are down, but think about it this way, things break! It takes time to fix, and the other machines work wonderfully. Then there is the weight floor. Yeah I said it, not just a room but the second floor has a complete set of anything that you may want to use. These are the areas I use since I come without a trainer and don't use any of their class opportunities. This place not only has a great atmosphere for you to be able to work out to, they also have friendly set of faces working there. From the person who greats you to the people who train others. Within the year, I haven't trained with anyone but I have seen them train others and talked with a few of them. All of my experiences were good. Oh yeah I have to admit the dance classes and the mma courses look fun!!!! Thanks to my dedication and the help of this gym I am now back to size 3 and more in shape. I feel amazing, look better , and am a lot healthier then I was a year ago
