  • I wish I could leave zero stars, but that's not an option. The "salon" is in a dark, dingy room in an office building. I felt like I was in another country...and not in an adventurous, cool way. First of all, I got there, and she was JUST taking another client. So I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to get started, and had to sit in a dirty, silent room alone. Ugh. Roza didn't speak to me, other than asking "what color", and it was really awkward. She did a horrible job...chopped off all of my nails without asking, then painted them like it was the first time she'd ever painted nails. My nails looked awful when I left, and the "shellac" lasted less than a day. I bought a Groupon for two shellac manicures, but there is no way I will go back for the second one. Trust me, it's a huge waste of time and money.
