  • Work performed on 12/09/2013. Everything went smooth as silk from scheduling online to the day on which the work was completed. All grills/vents were thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated with a special solution and the air ducts themselves were cleaned via negative air flow using a machine that Jeremy - the owner- specifically uses for this purpose by hooking it up to the duct system and then letting it run for some time. Not only was my overall air duct system cleaned, but Jeremy and his employee also used pressurized air to remove the dust that had been collecting in certain inaccessible areas (pot ledges, etc.) of my approximately 1532 square foot home. A stand-alone Austin whole-room air filter that I have also was taken outside and thoroughly cleaned using pressurized air. After the approximately 2 hours that this thorough cleaning of my HVAC system took, the entire house also was vacuumed to ensure that all remaining dust and debris were eliminated. Overall, this was a very thorough and satisfactory Angie'st List B ig Deal experience. Description of work: Entire HVAC air duct decontamination, an Angie's List Big Deal at the time. Total cost $199.00.
