  • Went to the Beachwood Mall this evening with my sister to shop for my daughter and ended up walking into Ashcroft. We were pleasantly greeted by the store manager Kimberly. My sister was looking at some watches and I had to join in as well. Kimberly showed my sister a few Movados that she was interested in. She took the time to actually remove links from the watch to fit my sister perfectly. She asked one of her coworkers Tiffany which watch she liked the best and my sister decided on the round watch. Kimberly and Tiffany even cleaned all of my sisters jewelry for her. We told Kimberly we would be back shortly. We left to go shop for what we originally came for and to think about the purchase. We stopped back at the store and to our surprise Kimberly actually put the watch under the counter thinking we would be returning and of course we kept our word and my sister purchased her first Movado and while checking out I decided to look at some men's bracelets and quickly found a replacement for the one I have. Kimberly stopped what she was doing and cleaned my watch and bracelet, boxed up my old one and together Kimberly and Tiffany rung us both up. What a great experience!! We will definitely be back because, I really liked a Hamilton that they carried. Thanks for the Hat Kimberly. I would highly recommend this location!!
