  • Does not communicate with USPS. You must call them directly for everything, but I could only ever get a dial tone multiple times on multiple days. Then the supervisor tells you that their phones work just fine. She disappeared in the back and made new wait so long that the other clerks were wondering what was going on. AND, she did that knowing I was carrying a toddler with me.
