First off , Thank You John Snyder Head chef. This was quite possibly one of the top 5 dinners I've ever had. You are definitely a Top Chef, everything came out beautifully, spiced and seasoned appropriately and the service was more than top notch.
After traveling the world and eating everywhere (France, Spain, Japan, Italy, OZ, NZ, etc etc) I found myself impressed with your delicious menu.
