  • I've been to Bonefish Grill 3 times now. Food was amazing, the bang bang shrimp is hands down to die for as well as the Chilean sea bass and lobster stuffed shrimp. I was on the fence of giving 5 stars but the customer service is out of this world for a chain like restaurant. My first two experiences were great. Food and service was on point the whole time. The last time there were a few small issues that left me a little less than satisfied. I sent a message to the company and the JVP of Bonefish reached out to me personally to make sure everything was handled. I was very happy with the prompt customer service, and thought the situation was handled better than I expected it would. Please give Bonefish a try.
