This young child Tyler that works the desk is rude and could not care less about any concerns and issues that myself or my friend and his family presented to him.
In fact, Tyler looked directly at us as if to call us towards his desk, then walked away behind the wall for about a minute.
Then he came back and called us forward. Wish we never dealt with this incompetent employee.
Right from the start, this worthless dude..Tyler made our lives miserable. Tyler barely communicated with us except with his sarcasm. All three rooms were supposed to be on the same floor, but Tyler barely responded to my questions. It appears (so Tyler says) that he was trying to get hold of someone to put our rooms on the same floor. But his telephone conversation, seemed more like a personal conversation and I didn't hear anything mentioned about rooms. I think that he went out of his way to...........
"NOT ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS."
And as for the $25.00 voucher that goes towards food and drinks. That Tyler shut me down on that. Where did they get this guy???
Then Tyler said that the hotel is all booked out. But there wasn't that many people in the hotel.
And also their parking lot was very empty as you can see in my photos. He also had me booked for a smoking room. It took forever to explain to this inexperienced person that......."HELLO DUDE...... I am "NOT A SMOKER."
I kept trying to tell Tyler I'm not a smoker, but it didn't seem to register with his tiny little brain. . This guy didn't seem experienced at all on handling people. Absolutely no people skills whatsoever.
So once upstairs I called the desk manager and the hotel manager and got the runaround. Bottom line...the hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel.
In reality there's nothing you can do once your booking has been charged then approved and you've checked in..
Also, they couldn't care less about my fall in there buffet area. I was walking to the seafood buffet to check it out to see if it was worth the extra $20.
As I approached the Seafood Buffet entrance to talk to the girl who was checking people to see if they had a stamp on their hand , I went flying on the floor after stepping on something very slippery.
As I got up I hit my head on the counter. They made me fill out a report on some piece of paper that didn't even look official. They probably threw it in the trash can right after I left because no one from management contacted me about the incident.
But heres where it gets weird...if not creepy.
That buffet manager (less than 6 feet away) just kept smiling and staring intensely at me. I asked him what he was staring at and he said he was waiting for security. Weird???
Once their security arrived, this same manager contradicted everything I had said in front of him to security and the EMT.
Even their own security told me not to pay attention to him. Thank goodness that the people from my group were there to witness his irresponsible non-professional statements.
I told him that to go check out the cameras. They don't lie.
It just seems like the managers weren't concerned about any of the issues that I had spoken to them about. There's much better places to go to then this place.
