  • When we got there, there no lines and the vehicle we rented was a 2016 van, so it's a plus plus and happy. Got a good deal for two weeks so it was worth it. The reason it was a 4 star because the lady in the front did not give enough information about returning the vehicle after hours. I had to figure it out myself, so it's a minus. If she have given me all the information that I need, it would have been a 5. Customer service to her from what I see is low, she did not care but for me it is important because I am not from vegas, so she should treat everyone like its their first time renting a car.
