  • The skating is great, the ice is nice and clean. But, I planned my daughters birthday party here and it took 4 calls and two emails for anyone to get back to me. They never answer the phone, not for days. We rented a room for the party, could not use it for the planned time. I was told when the party started, that the room was set up and ready for us. The kids skated for about 1.5 hours and were starving, to our surprise, we got up to the party room, it was dark, and no tables or chairs were set up. It was bad. Kids were hungry and thirsty, my husband and few guests put a table up front for the caked and some waters we brought, and set up chairs for my guests to sit. We went to the restaurant asked what happened, they said they could not bring the food over, it is now 20 minutes later, still no tables and chairs, and no food. This is after 2-3 trips downstairs to the desk. No one knew what was going on, blaming the restaurant for no food and the restaurant blamed the rink for no set up. They obviously do not communicate. 40 minutes later 3 more DIRTY tables set up and pizza finally came. Yes the tables were dirty. Never again. Do NOT plan any functions here or parties.
