| - Beautiful inside and out. The rooms are not impressive, but we didn't spend that much time in it anyways.
The location of the hotel is very centric. It'll only take you about 20-30 minutes to walk down to the Mandalay or up to the Palazzo. The hotel seamlessly connects to the Bally which has a walkway to the Bellagio an Caesars.
The exterior is very impressive, the Eiffel tower, the blue balloon and the arch lend it a somewhat surreal look. The theme is continued inside with three of the tower's legs coming into the casino, a fountain, faux cobblestone paths, and a bridge with red street lights that less to the elevator to go up the tower completing the scene.
There are plenty of amenities: several bars throughout the lobby and casino floors and several restaurants and shops, many on the walkway that leads to Bally.
Check in was quick and easy, the $39 daily resort fee threw us for a loop, but there was nothing to be done about that, so we put that behind us.
We originally had asked for a room with an Eiffel tower view, but after they mentioned that it can get noisy site to its proximity to the street we outed for another room, this one was right behind the arch, which still provided a decent view.
The room was pretty standard: a spacious bathroom with a small tub and small shower, a spacious room with with two queen beds, an armoire with a mini fridge, and coffee maker. I don't know how long the hotel has been operating but I'd say the rooms are starting to show their age. Still, it is all kept very clean.
With so many options on and off the strip it's hard to say I'd stay here again rather than try some place new, but if I had to stay here I'd have no problem.
