  • Ok, I LOVE Starbucks. And while I don't go pick up my favorite beverage more than 8 times a month roughly, I'm completely willing to wait the sometimes 20 minutes in line. However, besides the usually long wait for the time of day I tend to go, the staff at the Fitchburg location are always pleasant, smiling, and polite. This location seemed to have all unhappy employees , cold, and not so pleasant. It was an unfortunate and unsatisfying visit after a long line.
