  • Went to Verizon today to have a simple thing done. SIM card. The customer service rep that helped me was a complete jerk and I will NEVER go back there. I will do business with Verizon on the phone or buy my phones elsewhere. He had no respect for me, talked to me like I was a child and I left there just so angry I needed to cool down. Stay away from this store. Drive over to Best Buy and get better service.
