I had the St Louis Ribs with Cole Slaw and Mac n Cheese. I asked the server is the MacNCheese was baked and he said yes. When the plate arrived, it looked like Kraft or velvetta with elbow mac. I sent it back for the beans. Beans tasted just like Bush's canned beans with a few pieces pork added to make it look homemade. The Cole Slaw was blah. Just regular cabbage with a mayo dressing. No colorfull presentation with red cabbage and carrots like Mom made. The ribs were meaty and were pink with smoke flavor. The wierd part is the cut line on the ribs. It was clean and flat. When you cut good ribs apart, they break apart before a knife can cut them. These ribs looked like they could be refrigerator magnets because the cuts were so sharp. You have to use the squeeze bottle sauces on the table to give the ribs some moisture.
