  • Cannot begin to say enough good things about this place!  I have a small terrier mix that has been terrified of water and getting baths since we got him from the shelter a year ago.  We've tried a few other groomers (PetSmart, PetCo), and he would always have a terrible experience.   I was very skeptical to try out a new place, but we had dropped by Pawfect for a nail trim before, and I had been impressed with the friendliness of the staff the cleanliness of the facility.  When we arrived for the appointment, the girl working the front desk let us know that since was a first-time appointment they would spend an hour or so with him to get him comfortable before giving him a bath.  When I picked him up, I had a happy dog and his wonderful groomer, Chauna, said while he was nervous, he did great.  We'll definitely be back and so relieved to have finally found a wonderful grooming place for my nervous pup!
