I made the mistake of believing my husbands and my previous bad experience was just a rare occurrence here however they have now proven to me it was not. My husband had a question for the maintenance shop and I thought I would browse the new Vespas. I walked into the show room where two employees were talking to each other, another employee was with a customer complaining about how he knew the day was going to be bad since they were short staffed when he arrived to work that morning and finally another employee was eating lunch. Not one person acknowledged me on the sales floor as I walked the entire floor before walking out and over to find my husband. The only employee in the entire property to acknowledge me and say hello was the female receptionist in main the building. Everyone else had ZERO customer service on their minds. I will NOT be back and although they are the only Vespa dealer and mechanic in the area, I'll tow my Vespa out of state before I'll spend my money here. This company is not interested in fostering a community for Vespa riders. They have a niche on the market and they are choosing not to embrace that which is really disappointing.
What is unbelievable to me is that while visiting family in Colorado we stopped in a Vespa dealer and mechanic shop and told them we had a question about our Vespa back in Arizona. They happily escorted us back to the maintenance bay and talked with us for well over 30 minutes answering all of our questions and walking us through stuff. That is a shop in Colorado is interested in fostering a community and not just dollar signs.
