  • 3 stars for A-OK, but I'd really want to say "Meh. I've experienced better." I only give the location 3 stars because Evelyn and Stacia helped me and they were VERY nice and very professional. I was returning 2 bras after buying the wrong size, so I tried on other ones to get the right fit per Stacia's suggestions and she was totally right about everything she suggested. She was really polite and professional and didn't make me feel weird at all that I was showing my half naked self to a stranger. Otherwise, I feel like this is the place to go if you want your soul to die little by little. Their inventory isn't that great. I wasn't able to leave with the two specific items I wanted because they didn't have them in my size or color. After waiting for a dressing room, having to push the stupid button each time I changed a style to get her to look and getting through that whole process, it was a let down I couldn't leave with the items I just invested my time in. I was assured I could go to the register and they will order the items for me online, and ship to my house for free. Cool. But then there's the line. That fxcking line. The register is so close, yet so far. It started with only 2 girls at the register and as the line got worse and worse, thankfully it grew from 3, to eventually 4 associates helping customers. So I give them credit for seeing the issue and addressing it, but nonetheless I still waited in the line for about 30 minutes. You can only look at so much overpriced lip gloss at a time. Man. I considered just buying my stuff online myself and screw this line, but the free shipping got me haha. The whole ordering online process once I got to the register took another 30 solid minutes from start to finish. Frustrating, because I went online on my phone while standing in line and had it all in the cart ready in like 2 minutes. I appreciate the girl looking up each item by product number and making sure she ordered everything for me properly, but holy hell. If you go here, pray they have what you want in the size and color and go when nobody is there. I walked out of there feeling so frustrated that what I thought would be a 30 minute errand to exchange 2 bras took me 2 hours.
