  • I went in with my family to test drive a 4 runner. Sales mngr. met us and put one of his best on the job. She took us for a test drive and brought out someone else to give us a quote for our trade in. He took pictures and said it would take 10 min. We sat in the lobby for 15 min. Then my husband went to find our original " best" salesperson but she was now helping someone else. She asked my hubby who was helping him and he replied "I thought you were.". She didn't even recognize him from 15 min. Ago. The other guy that took pictures for the quote came back out and said he was still waiting for numbers from their buying house in Texas. Why don't we go to lunch and come back. NO! Just call us with the estimate. He never did. I'm not sure if we just didn't look serious about buying a new car or what but I will NEVER shop at Nissan in Tempe again! They were great on the initial handshake but FAILED miserably on the follow through.
