  • Re: In-Home Color Consultation Service & Goodyear, Az Store Customer Service After struggling with interior wall color selection, I called the Goodyear store and expressed my frustration of trying to select wall color for an accent wall and asked if they offered home visit consultation. To my surprise, they said they just started offering home visits. I asked several questions and was, to my surprise, immediately put in contact with their home color specialist, Jody. After speaking with her, I was impressed with her overview of the home consult service and arranged to meet with her at the Goodyear store which is closest to our home. I met not only with her but also with Emily, another in home color specialist. We discussed my project while they took notes and we then went to my home to look at my project. They assessed my lighting, room size, furniture and accessory colors. To my amazement they quickly came up with colors that would work and meet my design expectations. They took pictures of my wall and surrounding furniture and loaded it on their computer where presto; I could see my wall, furniture and accessories against their suggested color selections. This in home color consult far exceeded my expectations and was money very well spent and.....it gets better......I was given a $50 in store gift card. Needless to say, I highly recommend working with the Dunn-Edwards team!
