rev:text	I called here to make a reservation for the same night I spoke with Mike on the phone, he gave me an airline rate of $49 when I got there I asked him does the $49 include tax he said no, I said okay I gave him my credit card and 2 Days Later $67 shows up on my bank statement.. Today, 2 days later I spoke with Renee who answered the phone and said "he gave you the wrong rate it changes seasonally and he doesn't work here all the time , would you rather have been charged $147 because that's what the rate is?" And when I spoke to the general manager Dez he said I was "lucky to pay $67" and did not care to even ask Mike because it would not have made any difference to him . Are you kidding me ? First of all, You talk to customers like that? The rate is the only reason I stayed at this dump.. The AC knobs were broken off and I froze all night ..the carpet is about 40 years old.. the mattress was probably as old as the carpet.. and I could hear every step of the person above me.. I chose to stay in this nasty place because of the rate I was quoted. This is the going rate for other hotels in the area for Airline discounts and they do not change it year round. Do not stay here!!.. take it from a seasoned Traveler. the Sleep Inn at Rio Salado is much nicer as well as the Motel 6, the Clarion and Econo Lodge and just as close to the airport.. as well as countless other Cheaper Hotels. That are better maintained, cleaner, updated and with better customer service
