  • I gave this business a one star review a few days ago because of the horrific job they did on my hair. The response was that we just were not a good fit and that it was implied that I am some how picky. I guess I will say I am picky if that means I don't like having an uneven hair cut, having my hair bleached 3 different times to only wind up with brown green hair. Not to mention one burnt ear and forehead. I went to another salon rt down the road the very next day and the stylist was horrified at the bad work that was done on my hair. He had no problem correcting it because apparently he unlike the ladies at Bravo salon know what he's doing! It would have been the professional thing to do in just apologizing for the bad work and lack of education on their part. Instead they felt the need to add insult to injury and put the blame on me somehow. Time for the owner and staff at Bravo salon to work on their customer service and take some accountability for their actions.
