rev:text	To be fair we didn't actually go threw with the grooming. It's a 1* rating due to customer service and how one employee treated an animal today. We had heard good things about barks place from some clients and friends so we decided to check them out. I called and made an appointment for our dog the following day. Lady on the phone was super nice and informative for what they offered etc. we arrive for our appointment and they had probably 15 dogs in there already which was fine because they had enough workers in there it seemed to handle it. We waited about 5 minutes to be helped as others were checking in/out as well but not a problem. Comes our turn the lady has me fill out an info card while she takes our precious baby back no sooner than the man grooming a dog loses his sht and yells at the dog "if you bite me one more time I'm gonna beat the sht out of you!" The proceeds to take the dog off the table and hurry them into a kennel as he was frustrated and the dog wasn't done yet. Uhhhh wait what just happened?! Did anyone else see that?! I tell the lady at the counter I want my dog back and that we will be leaving they bring her out confused as to why we're leaving I then say "that's the last thing I wanted to witness dropping out dog off and that guys completely unprofessional" the lady asked what happened I explained what I saw and heard her reaction was "oh no that's not good, well bye!" .... Never going back and won't refer anyone either.
