  • Came in for convenient care. Had an appt at 11:15am. It's now 11:45am and they said it's going to be at least 15 more minute before we get called back, then who knows how long it'll be. What's the point of an appt if you're not going to keep it? Yet I'm sure if we were 30 minutes late we wouldn't be seen and it would be our fault!!
