We are not Sushi fans so we did not have Sushi, we were looking for something new and just dropped in. They have four Teppan tables and they were all full that night. We ordered a breaded pork dish and a steak meal. The pork was very good and the steak was good but not exceptional. Southern Wine and Spirits was doing a Saki demonstrration that night and the presentation was fun and well done. Service - now they really shine here. The waitress was fun and attentive. The owner was very happy to talk about the Sushi, how it is selected, how it is prepared and how the knives differ from other knives.
If you go here ask to meet the owner, you will appreciate speaking with him.
The Sushi bar was not full but did have customers constatntly and they seemed to be very happy with what they received.
Do not be fooled by the exteriort of the restarant because it is beautiful inside. The tables have lots of room between them and the noise level is not so high you canot talk to each other.
Over all the food was good, the service was fabulous, and we would return.
