I came here in January and it seemed to be a nice place since it was clean and I got in fairly quick. I only saw a nurse practitioner who seemed to rush me but I thought it was due to her about to have a lunch break. Now after today's experience I will not be back and I believe everyone should NOT come here. I waited over an hour in the lobby and than was put in a room for an additional 20 minutes. The man who walked in was a Alejandro Navarro and yet again a nurse practitioner who wanted to not listen to me and talk over me and proceed to explain things as if I was a small ignorant child. He needed to look in my mouth since my throat was the issue and instead of simply asking me to say awe he shoved a tongue depressor in my mouth and scraped my tongue roughly with it and I had to move away to not choke. It was a battle to get him to understand I know that it is my sinuses since I am very familiar with these symptoms. He finally set a prescription plan in place and said he would be right back. I than waited over 20 more minutes in the room until being able to leave this place. STAY away from here if you care about SERVICE, or respect. Especially from the black male tech who had terrible attitude.
