rev:text	If I could give this salon 0 stars I would! DONT GO HERE! This is the worst salon I'v ever been to in all my years of getting my hair done! First of all the inexperienced "stylist" didn't highlight my hair the way I wanted (we even had a consultation a couple days before my appointment) She had 3 photos of what I wanted and when I asked her if she could lighten my extensions (that I paid $250 for) she said oh yeah of course I will... Long story short she destroyed my extensions (because she asked me to come pick them up the next day. She claimed she didn't have time to do them in my appointment), and threw them away without showing them to me. She said she was going to buy me new extensions.....she bought the cheapest crap I'v ever seen and apparently she messed those one up too... After being fed up of her ridiculous behavior I decided I need to talk to a manager. Of course, low and behold the Manager was more ridiculous than the "stylist". The manager tried blaming me and told me she wasn't going to reimburse me for my extensions.... After arguing at her station for a few minutes she said she would reimburse me $40. When I told her my extensions were $250 she said "I don't know that" and I said, "Ill show you the website I got them from!" at that point I took the high horse and took the $40 to go towards my next set of extensions.... I went to ETCH salon in Kierland and my DAMAGED hair was finally fixed! GO TO ETCH SALON!!! NOT SCISSOR ROX PAPER.... the fact that they cant spell "Rock" correctly should have been the first sign for me...
