  • awesome, awesome service -- 10kabillion stars if i could. Our sweet dachshund passed away after 19 years with our family and I was at a loss as to what to do. I called this place for advice and they took me under their wing as a friend, not a client. The front desk girl gave me some brochures for pet cremation and said they'd handle it all. I just called the cremation place and that was all I had to do. The Front Desk girl (Brittany?) cried with me when I delivered George and made me feel like she really cared... She really did. What was most impressive was that she asked for our dog's name and made it personal from there on. I will refer every single one of my friends to this place for their needs -- living or not. I felt like I was valued, and George was king of the universe!!
