  • I don't understand what the point of being an adoption agency is if you don't allow anyone to adopt a cat. We were trying to find a friend for our 1 year old cat after our other one passed away and Ellain at the petsmart on rainbow and the 215 wouldn't let us adopt a cat because we have another one at home. She mentioned that specific cat was "aggressive" with the other cats, but the cat was being very very nice with every single kitty inside the adoption center. She said she didn't know us or our kitty at home, and she's right. She has no idea how hard it was to walk in there after losing our kitty but then reject us by shoving our cats passing in our face and saying weren't the right fit (for the cat cuddled into us and purring in our lap) and not give the kitty the opportunity to find a forever home. I would never recommend going through this agency. You'll fall in love and then get rushed out the door without your new fur baby.
