Craftsteak was expensive and underwhelming. Prior to my visit, I had even been warned of this by friends. Apparently I had to learn the hard way.
Overall, dinner was not necessarily bad. But it was disappointing for a meal that costs about $100 per person. In fairness, the scallops were solid. But I have had better, larger ones at about half the price.
The sides, shared among a table of four, were a let down. From best to worst: the yukon gold puree, the mushroom melange, and the au gratin potatoes.
The yukon gold is unique and the only item I would order again if I were to return. Which is not something I am dying to do. In my opinion, CUT still remains the best steakhouse in town.
