  • Came here today with my grandmother after running errands at around 2:45PM. I was in the mood for a salad and she was looking to try one of the non-soup options. When we arrived they were not serving the wings and had apparently sold out of the grilled cheese, which was unfortunate. I guess we eat lunch a little later than most? I got the green apple salad, per usual it was delicious. She got the chicken noodle and enjoyed it. While I have never had a complaint about the food at any of the locations, I will say that the service is always lackluster. My grandmother is a very jokey person, when she heard they were sold out she made a quick quip (nothing insulting or offensive) and the woman just stared at her. I'm not looking for entertainment here, but people at least have a personality. The way they were acting you'd think they were doing us a favor. A simple smile and some graciousness goes a long way. If the soup weren't so good I would never go there because I always feel like I'm being judged or inconveniencing someone when I do.
