This is the Chipotle of pizza spots.
Same basic concept, but switch out tortillas for pizza dough, and add an oven baking as the last step.
The pizza is good: thin crust, wide variety of toppings, with a selection of house variations.
It's super quick, relatively inexpensive and good.
The pizza is much better than any other corporate/delivery houses.
It's definitely an option for me during lunch or when I'm in a hurry and hankering a pie.
